ADULT DIVISION
Adult classes bring the joy of dance to your fitness regimen. Enjoy the process and the health benefits of our dance-based conditioning workouts. Become a strong swan: confident and fit!
Ballet classes focus on gentle stretching, posture improvement, balance training, breathing deeper, and grace of movement using traditional ballet technique.
Pointe & Variations classes for adults seeking a greater challenge in their classical dance enrichment.
Beginning Ballet adults welcome for introductory lessons in the fine art of ballet to build lean muscle, improve balance, and feel beautiful
A blend of Pilates, Barre and Yoga, this class is designed to strengthen, lengthen and center your body. You will build deep core stability through Pilates, improve functional strength through barre-inspired movement, and restore balance with mindful yoga flow. It is a low-impact, yet powerful class designed to hep you improve posture, flexibility and strength. Suitable for all levels, this class will leave you feeling energized, grounded and refreshed.
No dance experience required!!
Adult Fall Classes
Class Times:
Core Strength Flow: Tuesday, 8:15-9:00 a.m. (beginning 10/7)
Ballet: Thursday, 10:30-12:00 p.m.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For your convenience, Adult Tuition for monthly enrollment during our dance season (Aug-May) will be drafted through the AutoPay service.
All students are required to sign our Policies & Procedures Waivers.

WHAT TO BRING
Bring your water bottle, as we do not have a water fountain. A small towel could be helpful. Therabands and personal yoga mats may be helpful for Stretch & Extension classes.
ATTIRE
For Adult Ballet classes, we suggest:
REQUIRED: Ballet slippers are required for proper use of feet and protection of our special studio floors. Pink is traditional and canvas is preferred for women, black/white canvas slippers for men.
Pink or black tights, or black athletic leggings for women.
Dance skirts, if desired for women.
Leotard is optional, but does provide optimum ease of movement.
A close-fitting top is helpful, if you choose leggings.
Shorts may be worn over tights.
Men may wear sweat pants with conservative t-shirts.

For Adult Pointe classes:

For Core Strength Flow classes:
Clean socks (preferably with grip), and white-soled sneakers.
Conservative Pilates/yoga style gym wear acceptable.
It is suggested that your hair be secured and off your face.
*In an effort to protect our Marley dance floors, we ask that no high heels or dark-soled street shoes enter the dance studios.
