Celebrate birthdays, showers, or other special events in a creative way with Classical Ballet of Mobile. Our faculty presents an age-appropriate theme-based party which will include fun activities utilizing a wide variety of props, dance and music.
Parties are held on Saturdays after 1:00 p.m. during the Academy term and Sundays by appointment. Please contact us for those times and for Summer Saturday appointments.
CBM Academy members are eligible for discounted birthday party rates. Only child birthday party guests are charged. Adult guests may attend at no additional fee.

CBM will assemble party décor for an extra add-on fee of $35 per hour of assembly. (To avoid this fee, please bring any décor you’d like to have displayed already assembled).

Parental Responsibilities
Full amount required at time of booking. Incidentals to be charged to the credit card on file with emailed notification of documented incidentals.
Clients are responsible for ALL food and drinks to be served at the party
Food plates to be prepared by parents of children attending party (due to potential food/allergies sensitivities)
Parents/adult guests are allowed at no charge, but may not have seating at the party tables, depending on the number of young guests at your party.
Parents (not Hostess) to use or delegate use of personalized Party Gift List
Terms & Conditions
By proceeding with a CBM Birthday Party reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:
Party families are allowed entry to our facilities 15 minutes prior to your party start time for setup, and 15 minutes after party time is over. Extra time charges for staying over the allotted times: $25 every 15 minutes. Your Party Hostess will be available for setup and to assist you in packing up.
Food and Drinks, including food served at the party or candy and gum given as favors, are not allowed outside of our party room. This is to ensure that we keep our facility clean for you.
Food Delivery is allowed and encouraged to minimize efforts!
If you have more than one or two décor items that you would like to bring to your party (or décor items that would take more than 5 minutes to install or place in our facility), please arrange to drop them off at least 3 days in advance of your party.
CBM chooses the décor options associated with your requested theme, although we often offer options as they arise (pastels vs brights, etc.). Party price includes accommodations for 12 children, including the guest of honor. We reserve the right to substitute décor of equal or higher design value in the event that our planned décor is damaged or otherwise not available.
Our parties consist of anywhere from 60-90 minutes of play/dance instruction/directed movement or games (depending on how much food you plan to serve and if your child wants to open gifts at the party or take them home to open later), and the remaining time in the party room. Once your group moves to the party room, children may not enter the play/dance area again. All children must move with the group so that we may get our play/dance studios cleaned and ready for the next incoming class, party or event.
Party parents are also encouraged to arrange early drop-off of drinks or other items so that your items to handle the day of the party are reduced. We have a refrigerator and can chill drinks or other food items for you a day or two prior to your party. Coolers are allowed at our facility, provided that they do not leak.
Shoes for children and adults are not allowed in our studios. Non-Slip Socks are strongly encouraged to prevent slipping. If you or any of your guests have a special circumstance, please let us know so we can work with you. Heels or any shoes that would damage our floors are not allowed under any circumstances. Wheelchairs or any medical device that aids in locomotion are always allowed. Strollers are not allowed beyond our lobby unless it is a special medical device.
All decorations, unless previously discussed and agreed upon, remain property of CBM. Custom ordered banner items will be sent home with the client. Other special-order personalized items will be sent home with the client. If you plan on bringing another vendor in to help set up (such as someone doing a candy bar or other setup) or to decorate in any way, please let us know in advance. We plan our décor very carefully and there might not be room for additional items unless we plan for it in advance. We do not allow piñatas in our facility unless they are left empty and used only as a decoration.
Clients are responsible for ALL food and drinks to be served at the party. Please note that CBM is unable to perform any food prep, slicing, chopping or mixing of items unless previously discussed as an add-on item. Sterno or other open flames (other than a birthday candle on a cake) are strictly prohibited. Clients are responsible for all serving dishes, utensils and other items needed for holding and serving food. All food prep should be done prior to arrival. Cooking of food on hot plates, fryers, crock pots or other cooking appliances are not allowed. CBM does NOT supply serving dishes, serving utensils, cake plates or ice. We DO supply cake serving utensils, a lighter or matches, and we have extra candles on hand if you forget yours!
Fees for damage/unusual amount of cleanup: ranges from $25 and up, depending on damage and or cleanup needed. Ask us if you have any questions, we are happy to help!
Party parents are responsible for the behavior of all guests, and are responsible for any damage caused by party guests.
NO refunds on booked parties unless CBM is at fault (double-booking, hostess is sick and no one available to work the party, etc). Outside of 3 business days prior to the party, rescheduling is permitted for up to 3 months from the new party date. Inside of 3 business days, CBM will have already made preparations and cannot issue any refunds or reschedule.
