CBM is led by Olivia MacKinnon, Ballet and Artistic Advisor through inspiration from the late Winthrop Corey, Artistic Director Emeritus and Pamela Thompson, Academy and Artistic Director Emeritus. They represent a lifetime commitment to the beauty and discipline of ballet instruction and performance.
We have a highly qualified faculty with years of experience in classical ballet. They take great joy in passing their knowledge and experience on to our students.
Our smaller class sizes enable the best faculty/student ratio for performance training, one-on-one instruction and personalized correction.
We have beautiful studios with state-of-the-art sprung floors. CBM’s studio is conveniently located within walking distance of Spring Hill College, Mobile Museum of Art, Playhouse in the Park, and Mobile Botanical Gardens.
We allow enrollment throughout the year. No contracts are required, and we make every effort to work with the schedules of our students throughout the season.
Major performances are located at the stunning historic auditorium of Murphy High School in lovely Midtown Mobile. Parking is free, and ticket pricing is ideal for your family's favorite fine arts performances.
